14-Day Money-Back Guarantee

We want you to be completely satisfied with AdaptRun Pro. If you're not happy with your subscription for any reason, you can request a full refund within 14 days of your initial purchase. No questions asked.

Eligibility for Refunds

You are eligible for a refund if:

  • You request a refund within 14 days of your initial Pro subscription purchase
  • This is your first refund request for AdaptRun Pro

Refunds are available for the initial subscription purchase only. Subsequent renewal payments are not eligible for refunds, as you have the option to cancel your subscription at any time before the next billing cycle.

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund:

  1. Email us at [email protected]
  2. Include the email address associated with your AdaptRun account
  3. Let us know you'd like a refund (you don't need to provide a reason)

We'll process your refund within 5-10 business days. The refund will be credited to the original payment method used for the purchase.

After a Refund

Once your refund is processed, your account will be downgraded to the free tier. You'll retain access to your existing training plans and workout data, but you'll be subject to the free tier usage limits for AI features. You're welcome to subscribe again in the future if you'd like to regain Pro access.

Cancellation vs. Refund

Cancellation: You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. When you cancel, you'll retain Pro access until the end of your current billing period, but you won't be charged again.

Refund: A refund returns the money you've paid and immediately downgrades your account to the free tier. Refunds are only available within 14 days of your initial purchase.

Chargebacks

If you have any billing concerns, please contact us before initiating a chargeback with your bank or credit card company. We're happy to resolve any issues directly and can often do so faster than the chargeback process. Initiating a chargeback without contacting us first may result in your account being suspended.
